She describes herself as an “advanced injector” for a skincare company on her TikTok, and on her Instagram, she describes herself as a “qualified aesthetic nurse practitioner injector” who works in “beauty, cosmetic, and personal care.” She publishes movies and other materials with “anti-aging and beauty suggestions” on her social media accounts.

What was the contentious video she posted, then? It essentially demonstrated how she would improve Natalia Dyer’s appearance using plastic surgery, Botox, and other technologies from the beauty business.

But given how stunning Natalia Dyer already is, it’s odd that she would spend the time making the video in the first place. However, Miranda Wilson has published dubious material before. In this video, she is seen idly gazing into space while ostensibly having a conversation with someone. The caption for the video reads, “Talking to someone and being distracted by all the movement on their forehead and thinking how nice it would look if I gave them some Botox.” She appears to think that everyone should receive Botox or other cosmetic procedures, which is simply untrue. Not everyone needs or wants to always appear to be 25.
