Emilia Clarke Confesses Two Aneurysms Amidst Filming 'Game Of Thrones'

Emilia Clarke Confesses Two Aneurysms Amidst Filming ‘Game of Thrones’: Emilia Clarke, aka Daenerys Targaryen, revealed in a recent interview with BBC Sunday Morning that she suffered two horrific aneurysms in 2011 and 2013 while filming her hugely hit HBO series Game of Thrones. During the conversation, Clarke reportedly disclosed that portions of her brain had been removed as a result of surgery, and the actress expressed gratitude for her recovered health.

The actress stated, “It is surprising that I am able to speak, sometimes articulately, and live my life fully regularly with no ramifications, given the amount of my brain that is no longer usable.” The actress proceeded by describing how her ailment was fatal and her survival was nothing short of a miracle: “I am in the extremely, extremely, extremely small minority of people who can survive it.” The 35-year-old actress stated that a brain scan revealed that portions of her brain were missing “There are numerous omissions! Which makes me giggle every time “per Metro UK.

She described her health situation “Because of strokes, if a portion of the brain does not receive blood for one second, it dies. As a result, the blood takes an alternative route to move around, but the missing portion is lost.” The actress informed the source that, despite her arduous voyage, her memory remains intact and it is entirely possible for her to recite her latest play’s lines without skipping a beat. Emilia first experienced difficulty in 2011, just following the conclusion of the first season of Game of Thrones. She admitted that when filming season 2, she “felt I was going to die every day.”
