a. Fill the bath with 10 drops of essential oil (chamomile or lavender). Soak for 15 minutes, or until you feel relieved.

b. A lukewarm bath with baking soda (or oatmeal) can also help ease sunburn pain. Make sure that all of the afflicted areas are submerged for the optimum results. Using your hands or a soft washcloth, pour bath water over your body. Burned facial areas can be wiped gently with the cloth, or you can splash water straight on your face. After soaking, wipe the skin dry gently with a soft cloth (preferably cotton). Allow the light layer of oats that clings to your skin to stay if you’ve had an oatmeal bath.

2. Rubbing alcohol: Because rubbing alcohol evaporates quickly, putting it on sunburned skin will quickly cool it and relieve the pain.

3. Vinegar: Vinegar is an efficient and refreshing way to cure sunburn. To use it, soak clothes in it and apply it to burned areas. Fill a spray bottle with the mixture and spray it directly on the skin as needed.

4. Egg Whites: If your burn is extremely hot, separating the white from the yolk of an egg and then spreading the white over the damaged region will assist in rapidly cooling the burn. This can be done as many times as necessary.

5. Potatoes: Potatoes can also be used to soothe sunburn pain. 2 potatoes, thoroughly cleaned. Cut them into small pieces and liquefy them in a blender. (Add extra water if the product appears too dry.) Apply potato juice to the afflicted regions. Allow to dry completely before rinsing in a cool shower or bath.
